White sound Reversing Alarms – Safer, Quieter, Cheaper.

White sound reversing alarms are safer, quieter and now even cheaper according to Brigade Electronics who have radically slashed prices of their unique and patented alarms.

Brigade’s Director of Marketing, Tom Brett explains: “Advancements in manufacturing processes have enabled us to reduce costs, allowing us to slash prices (at stockist level) by at least 35% on our lower decibel models.”

The pioneer of reversing alarms recently announced plans to phase out the old style beeping alarms over the next few years on the grounds of safety and social responsibility, claiming shrill beeping alarms cause noise complaints, stress and disorientation.

White sound alarms (bbs-tek®), the new generation of reversing alarms, does not cause a noise nuisance. In fact they are endorsed by the Noise Abatement Society and approved by PIEK for quiet night time deliveries. The sound dissipates quickly which means ‘you only hear it when it matters’, unlike beeping reversing alarms which can sound up to 30 times beyond the danger zone.

According to Brigade, bbs-tek® is the safest on the market. Tom Brett explains: “White sound reversing alarms use broadband frequencies which give greater directional information to the ear, allowing the listener to instantly locate where the sound is coming from and take evasive action. This prevents the head spinning effect and consequent confusion caused by beeping alarms.”

The price reduction means white sound reversing alarms are now extremely competitive against the price of tonal alarms but also safer and less noise polluting.

Brigade will be carrying out a series of road shows across the UK this month, to demonstrate white sound reversing alarms.
