Brigade Launches Nationwide Service and Support Programme.

Brigade Electronics can now offer customers the complete package of quality products and exceptional service through the launch of a nationwide support programme.

The Brigade Service Partners (BSPs) are a network of experienced technicians who provide service and support for anyone who has purchased Brigade products. The BSPs operate from over 20 regional sites, each with fully equipped workshops and a team of engineers providing extensive parts availability, support and advice.

Tom Brett, Brigade’s Marketing Director said: “At Brigade Electronics we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and we realise that fitting and servicing are equally as important. With the Brigade Service Partners programme, we can now offer our customers the complete package of quality products and exceptional service.”

Each BSP is carefully selected by Brigade based on their ability to demonstrate the highest standards of product knowledge and dedication to customer service. In addition to offering a full range of Brigade products, the BSPs supply a wide choice of components for the commercial vehicle market.

As part of the ongoing programme, BSPs will be continuously trained and certified to fit Brigade products and will be encouraged to take advantage of the Mobile Electronics and Security Federation (MESF) accreditation. With the advancement of increasingly complex vehicles and safety devices, and greater emphasis on health and safety, there has never been a greater need for competent technicians.
